Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at bearbrick88 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice and without a refund of any balance.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. berabrick88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided, including a valid national ID or passport.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. bearbrick88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- Use a strong and unique password for your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify the berabrick88 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Berabrick88 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. berabrick88 makes no guarantee that access to this platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
Users are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any transaction.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner contrary to the intended purpose of the offer.
- Disrupting or interfering with the experience of other users on the platform.
- Accessing the platform using third-party software not approved by bearbrick88.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the berabrick88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers through major Malaysian banks and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method used and network conditions at the time. Any deposit-related issues must be reported to the bearbrick88 support team within 24 hours.
Winnings are withdrawn to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the original deposit, as a security measure to prevent fraud. Withdrawal processing times are within 1 to 3 business days. berabrick88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request deemed unusual.
Users agree that beabrick88 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of platform terms, subject to a thorough internal investigation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Beabrick88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any service interruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control shall not entitle users to claim compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, beabrick88's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Beabrick88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration.
- A court order or directive from a regulatory authority requiring the suspension of the account.
If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the beabrick88 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of beabrick88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
